Selim Yıldız

Selim Yıldız is an entrepreneur and investment consultant with international experience in real estate development, investment consulting, and business development, building his career on a foundation of civil engineering. Beginning his career in large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects, Yıldız gained significant experience in project management, operations, and business development processes while working for globally operating companies such as Emaar Properties, Borusan CAT, and TAV Holding. Combining his field and project knowledge with a commercial perspective, he specializes particularly in project-based sales, investment consulting, and international business development.

In addition to real estate consulting, Yıldız possesses expertise in tax systems and commercial law in the US, Turkey, and the Middle East, and provides strategic consulting to international investors in cross-border investment processes. He also works in the fields of entrepreneurship and technology; developing business models that combine traditional sectors with technology by working on software development and fintech-focused projects. His work primarily focuses on real estate projects and global investment opportunities based in the United Arab Emirates.
