New 1+1 Apartment with Mountain Views in a Boutique Pool Complex, Kuzdere

This new apartment is in Kuzdere, a developing area of Kemer with superb views of the Taurus Mountains. Supermarkets and other shops are about 500 metres away, the weekly Thursday market is only five minutes away, and public transport runs nearby. Kemer town centre is about 4 km, the sea about 5 km and Antalya Airport about 60 km.

The apartment is on a middle floor of a boutique complex of only six apartments, some duplex and some single-level, with a communal swimming pool and a shared garden laid out as a botanical garden. The building has a lift.

Completed in 2024 and ready to move into, the apartment has a compact, practical layout with about 43 m² of net living space: a living room with an open-plan kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony. A hob, oven, extractor hood, two air-conditioning units and automatic roller shutters are included in the price. It also has PVC double-glazed windows, a steel entrance door and laminate and ceramic flooring.

It is an affordable way into the Kemer market, suitable as a holiday home or a rental investment.

The asking price is EUR 115,500.
