This is a great location for families as it is close to major areas of Dubai where rents are higher than apartments in Arjan.

Arjan is a new district in Dubailand on the outskirts of Dubai. The community is bordered by Al Barsha South to the north and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road to the south. Further south is Dubai Motor City, home of the Dubai Autodrome.  The project was launched in 2006 as part of the Dubailand development. As of September 2020, there were 48 completed apartment buildings in Arjan and an additional 37 in development. The road network is fully developed.  Arjan has residential complexes, commercial buildings and retail projects. This area is known for being home to two of Dubai's most visited parks: Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Butterfly Garden.
