Furnished 3+1 Triplex Semi-Detached Villa with Fireplace in a 16-Home Pool Complex, Beycik

This semi-detached triplex villa is in a small, charming complex in Beycik, a quiet mountain village of Kemer about 800 metres above sea level, surrounded by tall pine forests and the Taurus Mountains. The sea can be seen from some points in the village, but the tall pines can partly or fully block the view, so Beycik is best seen as a peaceful forest village rather than a seaside resort.

A private car is essential, as there is no regular public transport, and the village is reached by a sloping, slightly winding mountain road through pine forest. The nearest shops and the beach are in Tekirova, about 10 km away by car, and Kemer town centre is about 17 km.

The complex has only 16 homes, with a communal swimming pool and shared gardens, while the rear terrace and a small garden area are for the villa’s own use. The entrance floor has an open-plan living room and kitchen with a fireplace and a small guest WC, with terraces at the front and back. The first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom, with space for a washing machine and dryer, and the top floor has a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a small kitchenette.

Built in 2021, the villa has about 115 m² of living space, air conditioning, PVC double-glazed windows with insect screens and laminate and ceramic flooring. It has an occupancy permit (iskan) and is sold furnished, including electrical appliances.

The asking price is EUR 180,000.
