Armada Tower is a complex of three high-rise buildings situated in Jumeirah Lake Towers. As the name suggests, the community is home to skyscrapers and high-rise buildings that offer affordable residential units and commercial spaces. Jumeirah Lake Towers, shortened to JLT, was featured in Bayut’s Dubai End of Year Market Report 2019 as one of the most popular areas for renting and purchasing apartments. The area is abundant in eateries, retail options, community gardens as well as transportation means.

Developed by the Armada Group, each of the buildings in the Armada Tower complex consist of three basements and more than 30 floors above ground. Armada Tower 1 consists of 36 floors, Armada Tower 2 stands on 40 floors while Armada Tower 3 has 33 floors. Tower 1 and 3 are residential buildings while Tower 2 is a mixed-use building, offering commercial spaces and housing the Armada BlueBay Hotel.

The construction of the towers began in 2004 and completed in 2009. The handover was done in 2010. Adnan Saffarini served as the architect of the project, who used the inspiration for the design reflecting three ships sailing in different directions. The complex has 1,200 residential units in total, divided into studio to 3-bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom penthouses. Armada Tower 2 offers fully fitted and shell-and-core offices. Each tower consists of health and recreational facilities such as a rooftop cafe and swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, gym, outdoor gardens and kids’ play area.
