Sunset Beach Club is a very big complex of 150 houses of different types. The self sufficient 5 stars standard complex has got all inside you would need for a wonderful holiday: Private beach, 4 outdoor and 1 indoor swimming pools, Restaurant, Café, Pool bar, Fitness Center, Turkish Bath & Spa & Massage center, Internet access and Market shop. The beautiful gardens are all well maintained and landscaped. The local transports pass nearby every 5 minutes.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

The simple procedure for booking is as follows:

1. You let us know that you would like to book, and then we provisionally reserve your dates

2. You send the 50% of the rental cost, as the booking deposit, into our bank account

3. We confirm your booking and send you your booking voucher upon receipt of the booking deposit

4. The balance of rental cost and the cost for any extra service if required are charged cash on your arrival

All payments can be done in GBP or Euros

Breakage deposit equivalent to 100 GBP is charged from the guests on arrival and refunded upon the satisfactory property inspection before departure

ACCOMMODATION PROCESS

• Basically the check-in time is 3pm and the check-out time is 10am. However we are being as flexible as possible as long as there is no change over in the same day at nearer times
• If you like us to arrange your airport transfers, our driver will welcome you at the airport, holding a sign written your name on, and take you to your holiday home
• Our representative will welcome you at your holiday home, handles the key and arrange the paperwork
• Our representative will be in charge for any help or information during all your holiday
• Your breakage deposit is refunded by our representative who will come and check the house 10 minutes before your departure
