Before we go too far, it's important to understand what other costs you will incur when buying or through ownership of your new property. We've separated these into costs that are associated with the purchase and those that are incurred after you've moved in; the costs of villa ownership. There's no need to worry the costs we are describing are of the same kind and amount that you might expect to pay in any country... including back home.
