Owner Occupation, Partial Rental or Guaranteed Rental Income.

Owner occupation only:

- Annual maintenance fee applies.
- Free technical support.
- Individual electricity & water meters.
- Free access to hotel leisure facilities.
- Property tax and property insurance apply.

Option 2
At the discretion of the owner
partial-own use with occasional rental income:
Option 1 plus opportunity to rent out the suite when not in use.
50 % Net Income
- 40 % of rental income will be paid to the hotel operating company, to cover administration, advertising, service, housekeeping & maintenance costs and such like.
- 60 % income less tax deductions (approx. 20 %)

Guaranteed Rental Income:
4 Weeks off peak personal usage (Excl. high season: June to September, incl.)
